A bird May Love a Fish

This was painted in Gimp, an open source graphics program. I will be printing only twenty of these on the same acid-free watercolor paper I use for my paintings. I have future digital projects planned as well, so stay tuned.

What does courage look like, anyway?

Sea Doctor

Sea monsters have a great health care system. Anybody can go to the doctor any time they like.

Sea Butcher

At a reputable sea butcher you can get fish and tuna-free dolphin. Don't look at me like that! They are called monsters.

Sea Baker

Sea monster bakers set their ovens over vents of volcanically heated water and bake fine, if somewhat soggy loaves in them.

Sea Acrobat

The sea circus needs its acrobats.

This is the second in a long line of sea monsters made with high quality watercolor paper, artists acrylics, and one of those fancy pens you have to dip in the ink. I'm shooting for photo realism here. Honest. Sea monsters look just like that.

Sea Musician

The first in my sea monster series. Sea monsters love music but they tend more toward acoustic, since water and electricity don't mix.

This instant art has already been reconstituted. Please don't add water.
